Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign in every day when I arrive onsite?

YES. This is a safety requirement to ensure that everyone onsite is accounted for in case of an emergency. The sign-in process helps us maintain a safe and organized work environment, confirming that all workers are aware of site conditions and any important updates for the day.

What happens if I forget to sign in?

You will not be allowed to work on-site without signing in. It is important for both safety tracking and OSHA compliance.

What personal protective equipment (PPE) is required on-site?

All workers must wear a hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, and steel-toe boots at all times. Task-specific PPE may also be required depending on your job.

Do I need to complete the safety onboarding more than once?

No, once you complete the onboarding (sign documents, watch the video, and pass the quiz), you won’t need to do it again. However, a weekly safety briefing is required every Monday before signing in.

How do I report a hazard or incident?

You can submit a Hazard/Incident Report by scanning the dedicated QR code or selecting the report option during sign-in. Reports are reviewed immediately.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

Follow the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and proceed to the Muster Station located at the site office. If necessary, contact emergency services and notify the site supervisor.

Who should I contact if I have safety concerns?
